Yael never liked her smile, she mentioned that it always made her self conscience. She always held her smile back in public situations. One other problem that we discovered in Yael's smile evaluation was that she had a cross bite in the back. The crossbite contributed to the collapsed arch ,where she was not able to reveal some of the back teeth in her smile. What we did for Yael was twofold. 1) we opened up her crossbite with invisalign first and then placed porcelain laminates to give her a fuller look and fill her arch nicely. Now when she smiles she reveals almost all of her upper teeth back to the molars.
