Years back Kathleen had her upper front teeth bonded together with a metal splint on the back of her teeth. She explained that her dentist wanted to protect some of the loose teeth. Unfortunately her bite shifted as a result her teeth never met properly and the teeth that were loose to begin with had to be removed. Our options were implants or porcelain bridges. We decided to place fixed non-removable all porcelain bridges. Not only will this give a very esthetic outcome it will also protect the teeth from further loosening. Kathleen's upper front teeth had drastically shifted which gave her very long front teeth and appearanace of black holes between them. Kathleen's gumline was recontoured with laser and her smile was shifted upwards so her teeth won't appear like they are coming out of her face.
