Walid was very concerned about his lower front teeth. His teeth were getting extremely crooked and overlapped one another. Although his upper teeth and smile looked great he felt that at age 30 he didn't want to have such bunched up teeth on the bottom jaw and was concerned that this might lead to worse problems. Walid's smile does not reveal any of his bottom teeth but it does in speech. This very common occurrence does affect the bottom lower teeth. The major issues with teeth that are bunched up and crooked are; they tend to trap plaque and are difficult to clean which may eventually lead to cavities and gum disease and possibly cause the upper teeth to misalign. For Walid we recommended INVISALIGN to straighten the teeth and cosmetic bonding to rebuild the broken down edges of the lower front teeth. We were able to complete this in a matter of 5 months. Finally, to prevent recurrence we placed a permanent retainer to maintain the position of these teeth.
