teve is an absolute perfectionist -- and an entrepreneur with a big heart, who always looks out for the interests of others before his own. He's founded a network of medical clinics in New York City, and is an Advisory Board member for Jewish Heart for Africa -- an organization that brings sustainable Israeli technologies to African villages, helping Africa and Israel at the same time. In less than three years, JHA has used Israeli solar technology to power 32 schools, medical clinics, orphanages and water pumping systems in Uganda, Tanzania, and Ethiopia, improving the lives of over 150,000 African people. It's Steve's energy, and his perfectionist nature that made it all happen. But, like most of us, Steve has imperfections that affected his appearance. He was born with peg lateral front teeth --anatomically small teeth that never grew to their full size. In the past, veneers were placed on those teeth, and Steve was happy with the results. As time passed, however, Steve's perfectionism kicked in, and he felt that his smile needed a better overall appearance. He described how he wanted to improve it so eloquently that we were able to create exactly what he had hoped for by designing and placing ten upper veneers. Not only was it exactly what he'd wanted, but (the part that Steve liked best) it was so natural-looking that no one was able to tell that his new smile was made of thin porcelain veneers, the perfect mixture of art and technology.
