Horsing around with your husband can cost you! That's how we ended up seeing Jane. Jane was on her husband's back just being silly, but she ended up falling hard, landed on her mouth, and fractured a few of her front teeth. The severe trauma also caused a nerve injury in one of her teeth, and required a root canal in order to save it. So our plan for Jane was very focused; she was not interested in a smile makeover but, rather, wanted very much to regain what she had lost. First, Jane's two front teeth were prepared for veneers and crowns. Her canine tooth on the left side had also sustained a fracture, but we were able to restore it with bonding alone, as the fracture was small enough to make that possible. Jane mentioned that she could not be happier, and although her goal was to "regain what she had lost," she feels that her teeth look better than they used to.
