According to Howard Langstein, M.D., a professor and the chief of plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center who reviewed 120 facial CT scans and measured changes that occurred to the bones of the face over time. Most people consider all toothpastes to be equally effective and safe. At NYC Smile Design we have never been big proponents of over the counter mouthwashes since they contain alcohol as their main ingredient. In a study that was done in the Journal of Angle orthodontist in March of 2010, researchers wanted to determine how people would perceive the role of a smile in attractiveness of the face.
