Procedures:We promise to
provide our clientele with the highest quality service
available. Because time appointed is reserved exclusively
for you credit card reservation is necessary. All
fees are due and payable in full, one week prior
to your reserved appointment and a minimum 1 week
notice is required for any changes to be made on
reserved time for an hour or longer. If the reserved
time is appointed within or under a week, the fee
is due in full upon reservation. Typically, for an
initial consultation we will reserve anywhere from
an hour to 1 ½ hours for you. Any matter
concerning reserved time is to be handled by the
front desk during our business hours. Answering machine
messages for cancellations will not be honored. If
an appointment is canceled, rescheduled for another
day, or missed after the required notice, the consultation
fee will be non-refundable. |
