With Care Credit, there are never any application fees, annual fees, or prepayment penalty fees and, approval decisions are instantaneous.

You can also use Care Credit for all your future needs without reapplying. Credit lines in excess of $25,000 are available (based on credit approval).

Care Credit offers flexible and practical monthly payment plan.

1. Their Interest Free Payment Plans only require a monthly minimum payment totaling 3% of the balance. Pay the full balance within the specified timeframe and the deferred interest will be waived.

2. For those who would prefer small monthly installments and more time to pay, Care Credit also offers an Extended Payment Plan option.  With Care Credit’s extended payment plans, treatment can be financed for up to 5 years with low interest rates and low monthly installments.

With Chase Heath Advance financing, there are never any application fees, annual fees, or prepayment penalty fees and approval decisions are instantaneous.

You can also use Chase Heath Advance financing for all your future needs without reapplying. Credit lines range between $5,000 and $20,000 (based on credit approval).

Chase Heath Advance financing offers set monthly installments.

1. Their Interest Free Payment Plan requires equal monthly installments throughout the specified timeframe.  This method of repayment ensures that your treatment is paid off quickly and efficiently and that there will be no deferred interest.

2. For those who would prefer small monthly installments and more time to pay, Chase Patient financing also offers an Extended Payment Plan option.  With Chase extended payment plans, treatment can be financed for up to 48 months. Interest rates begin at 11.9%, actual rate is determined upon approval.
